Save the web page that you want to convert.

Open the Word application and open the web page in Word. |

Activate the toolbar in Word (if already not active) by right-clicking on the toolbar area at the top
and choosing the PDF toolbar.

Check your page setup in the printer settings option and set the margins as per the printable area of the page. |

Click on the “Create PDF” button. |
 |
Specify a file name and location and click “Save”. |
 |
The hour glass icon will appear indicating conversion activity. |

The HTML file gets converted to PDF format and can be accessed from the location that you specified. |
